Shipping Policy:

We offer a variety of shipping options based on the delivery location. Please add items to the cart and enter your shipping information for rate quote and delivery time estimates.

Delivery of your items can take generally anywhere from 3-8 full business days, depending on your location and the shipping method you select at checkout. Items are only shipped during regular business days (Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays). If you receive an e-mail notifying you that your items have been shipped during a weekend or federal holiday, they will not actually be shipped until the following business day. Items that are shipped via a freight trucking company arrive within 7-14 full business days after leaving our warehouse due to their size and weight. For more information about the delivery of an oversized item please contact our customer service department.

· Make note of the availability of your items:

AVAILABILITY: In stock items leave our warehouse in 1-2 business days.
This tells you when we expect to ship your item from our warehouse. Once your item has left our warehouse, the shipping method you select during checkout will determine when your order will arrive. For example, if your item takes 1-2 days to leave our warehouse and you select "Overnight" shipping, it may actually take 2-3 days for your order to arrive.
We place an extremely high value on customer security and privacy. We take many precautions in verifying the security and privacy or orders. For this reason, most orders take a minimum of 24-48 hours to leave our warehouse, before entering the shipping process.

Items listed as "In Stock" are typically expected to ship within 1-2 business days (not including weekends or holidays) of processing your order. Thus, weekends, holidays, special promotions, and other factors may delay the shipment of some orders.

· Shipping Options & Rates

For items not marked Oversized, you will be prompted to choose between the standard ground shipment or an expedited shipment level of service. Shipping and handling charges are presented in your cart during checkout based upon the level of shipping service you select. Promotional rates, such as “Free Shipping,” only apply to standard ground shipping and handling charges for qualifying orders and shipping destinations. Items marked for Oversized delivery are not available for delivery to Alaska and Hawaii and will incur additional shipping surcharges as displayed during checkout.

Our Ground service is delivered via UPS and has an estimated delivery between 5-7 business days from the date of shipment.

Our Expedited service is delivered via UPS and has an estimated delivery between 2-4 business days from the date of shipment.

Our Oversized service is delivered via UPS and has an estimated delivery between 5-7 business days from the date of shipment.

Any gift cards ordered will ship separately and will be sent via the United States Postal Service.

At this time we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Our shipping and handling charges take into consideration typical costs associated with processing orders, handling, and packaging products, and delivering them. Due to the variable nature of such costs and the flat rate (or stepped rate) nature of our charges, in certain instances, our actual costs for a particular order may vary from the shipping and handling charges applied to your order.

The risk of loss and title for items purchased by you pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.

· Shipping Internationally

We do not ship to international addresses, international freight forwarders, APO, FPO, or territories.

Use of Information

The information we collect is generally used to process your requests or transactions, provide you with the Services, personalize them to you and maintain and improve their quality, tell you about opportunities we think will be of interest, monitor and analyze your use and behavior patterns, and understand your needs so that we can serve you better. For example, we may use your telephone number, your e-mail or your postal address to communicate about opportunities and programs. If you prefer not to receive Promotional Information from us, we make it easy for you to let us know. You can contact us at any time to request an update to your personal information on file or modify our use of it (see Your Choices below).
We store and process information on computer servers located in the United States.

Security

We take commercially reasonable measures to secure and store your personal information to protect against its loss, misuse or alteration while under our control. We use industry-standard security measures when accepting your credit card information during the online ordering process, as well as whenever we ask you to log in to any of our Services. That said, data transmission over the Internet is not 100% secure. Although we use industry-standard security measures, we do not guarantee against the loss, misuse or alteration of any information during its delivery or under our control. We thus urge you to always take care of how you handle and disclose your personal information over the Internet. 

Collection of Information

We collect information you provide us on servers located in the United States. We collect information when, for example, you create an online account with us, use our website and mobile features (together, “Services”), purchase or rent from us, enter the contests, promotions, events and newsletters we sponsor or otherwise provide us information about yourself. The type of information we collect may include:
· Account information we may collect includes your name, postal and e-mail address, phone number, social media username(s), and any information you may share about your interests and preferences.
· Transaction information we may collect includes account information as well as your credit card information and transaction history.
· Information we may collect related to evo demos, events and sponsored trips includes, if and as applicable, health & fitness specifics, activity proficiency, dietary requirements, gender, social handles and emergency contact information among other things.
· Personal and professional information we may collect related to a job application including resume information, past work history, contact information among other things.
We may also automatically collect information about you when you access or use our Services. Automatically collected data may include log-in information (browser type, access date & time, publisher IP, etc.), device information (hardware type/model, operating system and, if using evo’s in-store wifi network, browsing history) as well as your location information if required. For further information regarding these collection practices, please see our “Internet Technologies Used” and “Third Party Advertising, Analytics, and Services” sections below.  

In addition, we may use cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies to collect information about you and your interaction with our Services, including information about your browsing and purchase behavior on our website and other interaction with our Services. A cookie is a tiny element of data that our site sends to a user’s browser, which may then be stored on the user’s hard drive so that we can recognize the user’s computer or device when they return. We use this information in one or more of the ways described in the "Use of Information" section below. Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default, but you can change your browser settings to notify you when you receive a cookie or to remove or reject certain cookies. However, if you decide not to accept cookies from our site, you may not be able to take advantage of all of the site features.

Social Sharing Features

The Services may offer social sharing features or other integrated tools, which let you share actions you take on the Services with other media, and vice versa. The use of such features enables the sharing of information with your friends or the public, depending on the settings you establish with the third-party providers of the social sharing features you select. Your use of any social sharing features offered by the Services is governed by our Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy. Returns:

Spotspeed wants you to be happy with all of your purchases from us. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, then you may return it in-person at any of our store locations or through the mail. In-store and online returns are detailed further below. Please note that shipping charges paid for delivery of your package are not refunded as part of your return.

To Return by Mail

Instead of an in-store return, online purchases may be returned by mail, as described below. Please note that the return-by-mail option is not available for purchases made in-store.

    Returns by mail require issuance of a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) prior to the return shipment. To request an RMA, please email our customer service department at zoey@spotspeed.com.

    Returns by mail require issuance of an RMA within ninety (90) days from the date of purchase.

    Using the original shipping packaging when possible, securely pack the item(s) along with all included parts, paperwork, and accessories. If you are unable to use the original shipping packaging, then you may use any other similar shipping packaging for the return. All products must be returned in original condition, to ensure a full refund.

    As part of the RMA process, you will be issued a return shipping label via e-mail. Print the label, remove all other labels from the return package, attach the return label to the package and drop it off at the nearest United Parcel Service (“UPS”) carrier pickup location. No additional postage is required. Return shipments are charged our then-current standard shipping and handling rate (and associated tax, if applicable) including surcharges for items marked for oversized shipment. The return shipping and handling charges will be deducted from the return credit issued. To avoid such deduction, you may use the in-store return process. If your order used a promotional shipping and handling rate, or if our shipping and handling rates have changed, then return shipping and handling rates may differ from the rates applicable to your original order. You may obtain an estimate of the shipping and handling charges by contacting Customer Service. Please note that surcharges for Alaska and Hawaii may apply.

    Refunds for qualifying returns will be issued to the original form of payment and will be processed within 30 days of our receipt of the returned item(s). Please note that refunds for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.

    We recommend keeping the return tracking number for your return package. You may track your return shipment with the tracking number at www.ups.com/tracking. The risk of loss and title for items shipped by you do not pass to us until we receive the items from the carrier.
